Can I import my old orders from Excel?
Rows already in a Google Sheet are not imported. BotConfirm takes the orders that arrive after you connect.
Do I have to stop using Google Sheets?
No. BotConfirm can read orders from your sheet, write orders from your other stores into it, or both.
Can my team work at the same time?
Yes. Each team member has their own sign-in: 4 on Starter, 10 on Growth and 25 on Pro.
What if my carrier isn't connected?
Add it by hand and move its orders on with the status buttons. More carriers are coming.
