Do I need technical skills?

Which stores and carriers work with BotConfirm?

Is it safe for my WhatsApp number?

Yes. BotConfirm uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform through a Meta partner, with message templates approved by Meta. Send messages only to your own customers.

Can I write my messages in Darija?

Yes. Write them in Darija, French, Arabic, English or any language your customers read.

What happens when a customer doesn't answer?

A reminder goes out after the time you choose. If there's still no answer, or the message fails, the order joins your Call Center queue so an agent can call.

How do I pay?
