Which delivery companies are connected?

Ozon Express, Ameex, Sendit, Cathedis and Digylog today, through their own API. More carriers are coming. You can add any other company by hand.

Do I need my own account with the carrier?

Yes. You keep your own contract and prices with your carrier, and connect your account to BotConfirm in Apps.

How do statuses come back?

The carrier tells BotConfirm when a parcel changes, and the order moves on by itself: picked up, in transit, delivered or returned.

Can I send exchanges?

Yes. Mark the order as an exchange, and the courier gets a note to bring back the old item.
