Do I need technical skills?

Which language are the messages in?
You pick Arabic or French when you add a ready-made automation, and all its messages come in that language. You can change them after.
How many automations can I have?

Can it change the order status by itself?
Yes. When the customer taps "Yes, confirm", the flow can mark the order as confirmed and send the thank-you message.
Can it message any customer at any time?
Customers who have not written to you in the last 24 hours can only get a template approved by Meta. That's a WhatsApp rule, and it applies to every tool.
