You pay $1 and use Starter for 14 days, with every feature. After that, Starter costs $29 a month. Cancel before the 14 days end and you pay nothing more. The trial is once per account.
We never stop your orders. You get a message at 80% and at 100% of your limit, then 10% more to give you time. After that, automatic WhatsApp confirmation pauses until next month. Orders still come in, and your team can confirm them by hand. Upgrade and it starts again right away.
Yes. Every plan has WhatsApp confirmation, the Call Center, shipping, Live Chat, stock and reports. Plans differ in their limits (orders, team members, WhatsApp numbers, automations and chatbots) and in the level of support.
Yes, at any time from your account. When you move up, you only pay the difference for the days left in your period. When you move down, the unused part is taken off your next invoice.
From your account, in a few clicks. Your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged. There is no cancellation fee.
By bank card, every month or every year. Prices are in US dollars, and your bank converts them to your currency. Yearly billing costs 10 months instead of 12.
Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, such as confirmation templates. These fees are not part of BotConfirm's price: you pay them to Meta through your WhatsApp Business account. The price depends on the country and the type of message.
