Deploy it
Deploy it as a web app and run "setup" once. The sheet tells BotConfirm where to find it.

No. Each request must carry your sheet's own secret token, so the link alone reads nothing.
Do the rows already in the sheet become orders?
No. Only rows added after you connect it.
