Every Cathedis status, explained
Cathedis writes its statuses as text. Every 10 minutes, BotConfirm reads that text and updates the order. Here is how each status is read.

What delivery costs
Cathedis’s published prices for its two packs. The price depends on the customer’s city, compared with your pickup city.
20 MAD in your city
Silver pack: 20 MAD in the pickup city, 35 MAD in big cities, 40 to 45 MAD elsewhere.
Gold pack: 5 MAD more
25 MAD in your city, 40 MAD in big cities. In return, the cash comes back twice a week instead of once.
Free returns up to 10% or 20%
Returned parcels are free up to 10% of what you send on Silver, 20% on Gold. Gold also makes exchanges free.

Do I need my own Cathedis account?
Yes. You keep your contract and your prices, and connect your account to BotConfirm.
How much does delivery with Cathedis cost?
Cathedis lists two packs (official website, October 18, 2026): Silver from 20 to 45 MAD depending on the city, and Gold from 25 MAD with the cash paid twice a week. Your contract sets the final price.
Why do Cathedis statuses arrive a little later?
Cathedis does not tell BotConfirm when a parcel moves. So BotConfirm checks your parcels every 10 minutes.
Do parcels I add on Cathedis's site come back too?
No. BotConfirm follows the parcels it sent, so send them from BotConfirm.
Can I print the label from BotConfirm?
No. Print it from your Cathedis account, as you do today.
Does stock follow?
Yes. When a parcel leaves, its products come out of your stock.
Is it in every plan?
Yes, on Starter, Growth and Pro.
