The 7-day refund

If BotConfirm is not right for your business, you can ask for a full refund of your first payment for a Starter, Growth or Pro plan, monthly or yearly. Ask within 7 days of that payment.

This refund is given once per business. When we refund it, your subscription is cancelled and your access to the paid plan ends.

The $1 trial

Starter begins with 14 days for $1. The $1 trial fee is not refunded. If you cancel before the 14 days end, nothing more is charged.

If you do not cancel, your first Starter payment comes after the trial. That payment is covered by the 7-day refund above.

Renewals and plan changes

After those 7 days, payments are not refunded. This includes monthly and yearly renewals.

When you move to a higher plan, you only pay the difference for the days left in your billing period. When you move to a lower plan, the unused part is taken off your next invoice. No money is sent back.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.

What a refund does not cover

Fees that Meta charges for WhatsApp messages are not part of BotConfirm's price. You pay them to Meta through your WhatsApp Business account, so we cannot refund them.

We do not refund accounts that we close because the Terms of Service or Meta's WhatsApp policies were broken.

How to ask for a refund

Write to [email protected] or send a WhatsApp message to +44 7893 985111. Send it from the email address of your BotConfirm account, or include that address and your store name.

We reply within 2 business days. The money goes back to the card you paid with. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the law where you live. This policy is part of our Terms of Service.
