Who can I send a campaign to?
Customers from your orders: all of them, or only the delivered, confirmed, cancelled, returned or no-answer ones. You can also reach the people who wrote to you on WhatsApp, and narrow any group by product, tag or date.
Do I need a template approved by Meta?
Yes, to reach customers who have not written to you in the last 24 hours. That's a WhatsApp rule. Until your template is approved, only the customers who wrote to you in the last 24 hours get it, and the others are counted as skipped.
Can I stop a campaign?
Yes. Pause it at any time and resume it later. Messages already sent stay sent.
Does it cost extra?
Campaigns are in every plan. Meta charges its own fee for marketing conversations, separately.
Will the customers I blocked get it?
No. Numbers on your Live Chat blacklist are always left out.
