Every Ozon Express status, explained
Ozon Express gives a status at every step. BotConfirm receives it and updates the order by itself. Here are the most common ones.

Yes. You keep your contract and your prices, and connect your account to BotConfirm.
How much does delivery with Ozon Express cost?
Ozon Express lists prices from 20 MAD, depending on the city (official website, October 18, 2026). Your contract sets the final price. In BotConfirm you see each city’s fees before sending.
What happens if the customer does not answer the courier?
Ozon Express sends “Boîte vocale” or “Pas de réponse”. The order moves to “No answer” in BotConfirm, so you know who to call back.
Which statuses come back?
Picked up, in transit, delivered, refused and returned, as Ozon Express reports them.
Does stock follow?
Yes. When a parcel leaves, its products come out of your stock.
