Every Ameex status, explained
Ameex gives a status at every step. BotConfirm receives it and updates the order by itself. Here are the most common ones.

Do I need my own Ameex account?
Yes. You keep your contract and your prices, and connect your account to BotConfirm.
How much does delivery with Ameex cost?
Ameex lists 35 MAD per delivered parcel depending on the city, with free pickup and free returns (official website, October 18, 2026). Your contract sets the final price.
When does Ameex pay me?
According to Ameex, the cash collected comes back within 24h after delivery. That payment is between you and Ameex: BotConfirm never touches it.
Do parcels I add on Ameex's site come back too?
No. Ameex only reports parcels sent through its API, so send them from BotConfirm.
Does stock follow?
Yes. When a parcel leaves, its products come out of your stock.
Is it in every plan?
